Comfort Keepers Caregiver Delivers Christmas Cheer

“Nobody ought to be all alone on Christmas,” sang Darlene Love in a song featured in the 1992 hit movie, “Home Alone 2.”

The sentiment is shared by a Comfort Keepers caregiver who, last Christmas, prepared a large dinner and delivered it to the home of a client along with gifts. The client had been abandoned by her own family years earlier. The caregiver, with her children and other family members, spent Christmas morning at the client’s home and shared the holiday meal together that she had prepared.

“That is just one of most touching moments I’ve known since I’ve been in business,” said Tim Paul, owner and administrator of the Comfort Keepers franchise in central Indiana. “It brought tears to everyone’s eyes, and it demonstrates the commitment our staff has for our clients.”
