Provider Fair

Learn what’s new at CICOA during the annual service provider meeting, and meet more than 200 CICOA direct care staff.

Following the Provider Meeting, CICOA's direct care staff (care managers, phone options counselors, etc.) will arrive, and you will have an opportunity to share information about the great services offered by your organization.

We can accommodate up to 200 organizations. Reserve your spot by registering below and paying the $100 non-refundable registration fee.

• A continental breakfast will be provided.
• Each attending organization may have one representative unless otherwise specified.
• Each organization will share ½ of a 5-foot diameter round table. Franchise Owners can join together for one spot if desired. If you own a Personal Service Agency and a Home Health Agency, please register for one spot and share information about both agencies.
