All CICOA providers are invited to attend the 2019 Provider Meeting & Fair on Wednesday, Oct. 9, at the Primo Banquet Hall and Conference Center, 2615 National Ave, Indianapolis, 46227. A continental breakfast will be provided.
- Provider Registration/Set-Up: 7:00 a.m.-8:30 a.m.
- Provider Business Meeting: 8:30 a.m.-9:15 a.m.
- Provider Fair: 9:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m.
Following the business meeting, you will have the opportunity to meet more than 200 CICOA direct care staff (Care Managers, Phone Options Counselors, etc.,) and share information about the great services your organization provides.
Our larger venue can accommodate up to 200 organizations. To accommodate a larger crowd this year, we are requiring all organizations to pay a $100 non-refundable registration fee. Each attending organization will share one-half of a 5-foot diameter round table and may have one representative, unless otherwise specified. Franchise Owners may join together at one table, if desired. If you own a Personal Service Agency and a Home Health Agency, please register for one table and share information about both agencies.
Upon completion of your registration, you will receive a confirmation email and receipt, which will guarantee your spot for the event.
