CICOA partners with hundreds of private businesses, not-for-profit organizations and faith-based organizations to provide services to older adults and people with disabilities of all ages in Central Indiana. To ensure the best service and value, CICOA engages in a competitive bid process every two years.
The 2019 bid process begins March 12 for services to be provided between July 1, 2019, and June 30, 2021, through Federal Older Americans Act funds. These services include transportation, information and assistance, caregiver support services, nutrition services, legal services, advocacy, and health promotion. Winning bids will be awarded for fixed amounts of revenue for each year of the contract.
Completed Title III proposals were due March 29, 2019.
Completed Title III-C (Meals) proposals will be accepted in April.
CHOICE/SSBG/Title III provider contract applications and renewals will be accepted in May.
