CICOA partners with hundreds of private businesses, not-for-profit organizations and faith-based organizations to provide services to older adults and people with disabilities of all ages in Central Indiana. To ensure the best service and value, CICOA engages in a competitive bid process every two years.
The 2017 bid process begins March 10 for services to be provided between July 1, 2017, and June 30, 2019, through Federal Older Americans Act funds. These services include transportation, information and assistance, caregiver support services, nutrition services, legal services, ombudsman services, advocacy, and health promotion. Winning bids will be awarded for fixed amounts of revenue for each year of the contract.
Completed Title III proposals must be saved and emailed as an attachment to firstname.lastname@example.org by March 29, 2017, no later than 3:00 p.m.
Completed Title III-C (Meals) proposals must be saved and emailed as an attachment to email@example.com by April 12, 2017, no later than 3:00 p.m.
CHOICE/SSBG/Title III provider contract applications and renewals may be completed online via the link provided or on paper and emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org by April 10, 2017.
