FSSA Announcement (April 3, 2024):

The Indiana Family and Social Services Administration’s Division of Aging is announcing today that it must implement a waiting list for the Aged and Disabled Waiver because the waiver has reached maximum capacity. FSSA shared in January that a waiting list may be necessary as part of the Medicaid forecast strategies.

FSSA is committed to clear communication with individuals who will be placed on the waiting list and their families.

Visit the Division of Aging website for more information. The DA also has provided the following reference materials:

Please note: at this time, members currently enrolled in and receiving waiver services will not have their services changed or interrupted by the implementation of the waiting list.
