How We Can Help
Aging & Disability Resource Center
One call opens the door to community resources and long-term care options. Our friendly, professional staff will guide you through available options based on you or your loved one's needs and ability to care for themselves.
We will discuss eligibility for services and public benefits and how to take the next steps. The counselor may also refer you to one of more than 4,000 local community resources.
Senior Meals & Nutrition
Good nutrition is important for health, but getting food can be a challenge. This service provides appetizing, nutritionally balanced meals for seniors.
Find out about home-delivered meals, neighborhood meal programs, discounted meals for seniors, boxes of shelf-stable food, farmers market checks and more.
Transportation
If you don’t drive or you have a disability that makes accessing public transportation difficult, getting where you need to go can be a challenge. CICOA's Way2Go transportation service can help you get to medical appointments, the grocery or pharmacy, and other errands.

Care Management
Determining long-term care needs and coordinating a laundry list of services and healthcare providers can be confusing. This is where care managers step in, to make sure your services and support team are all working in alignment with your goals.
Using a person-centered approach, care managers assess needs, develop a customized plan of care, and coordinate all services required to extend independent living. We provide continuous support and adjust care plans as functional needs change, to promote health and safety.
Home Accessibility Modifications
For older adults and people with disabilities who want to remain independent in their own homes, sometimes their homes are just not designed to accommodate their needs. Home accessibility modifications are the key to successfully aging in place and maintaining independence.
CICOA's Safe at Home service can arrange home improvements for seniors including grab bars, handrails, bathroom modifications, wheelchair ramps and more.
Caregiver Support
Caregivers face a number of tasks, decisions and feelings–from dealing with your loved one’s special challenges and navigating a maze of resources, to balancing caregiving with other responsibilities and managing your own health.
CICOA’s CareAware caregiver support service is here for you. We offer one-on-one coaching for individuals of any income level. It's time to take care of you!
