Join CICOA for the highly anticipated relaunch of the Envision Lecture Series, a professional development event focused on the urgent and timely issue of Family Caregivers in the Workforce.

Caregiving is no longer a private matter—it's a critical workplace reality impacting every industry, with more than 1 in 6 American workers balancing their jobs with caring for a loved one. This dual burden costs U.S. businesses up to $33 billion annually in lost productivity and turnover, while employees face stress, burnout, and career sacrifices.

This 90-minute session will bring together thought leaders, employers, and advocates to share data-driven insights and explore solutions. Starting with networking and coffee, the event will feature a keynote/panel discussion on the challenges, opportunities, and employer-led solutions for supporting working caregivers. You’ll also be the first to witness the public launch of CareAware Journey, CICOA's new digital platform that equips employers with practical tools—like coaching and connections to resources—to support their staff. Discover how supporting caregivers is not just the right thing to do, but a strategic imperative that improves productivity, loyalty, and workplace culture. When employers support caregivers, everyone benefits—and we invite you to be part of building that future.
