A minimum commitment of 3 months is required, after which you may cancel at any time.
Hourly Support Plan
For those who prefer as-needed support, like short-term guidance or assistance managing specific services, this hourly service provides direct access to expert care coordination without additional resources.
$125
per hour
Support includes:
- One-on-One Care Coordination – Pay only for the hours you need.
- Access to Trusted Providers – Get help finding and arranging home care, transportation, meal delivery and more.
- Flexible Scheduling – No long-term commitment required.
- Ideal for individuals or caregivers who need occasional assistance managing care services.
*Virtual sessions and in-office visits at CICOA are included in the standard pricing. In-home visits are available for an additional $25 travel fee.
