CICOA Bid Process

Apply for Federal Older Americans Act grant funding for senior services

CICOA partners with hundreds of nonprofit organizations, faith-based organizations and private businesses to provide services to older adults and people with disabilities of all ages in Central Indiana. To ensure the best service and value, CICOA engages in a competitive bid process every two years.

The next bid process will begin in spring 2021 for services to be provided between July 1, 2021 and June 30, 2023.

The funds that are advertised for bid will be used to purchase services with Federal Older Americans Act funds. These services include transportation, information and assistance, caregiver support services, nutrition services, legal services, advocacy, and health promotion. Winning bids are awarded for fixed amounts of revenue for each year of the contract.
