Financials & Accountability

Financial transparency and accountability are the foundation of our business.

It's important to us that you have confidence in CICOA—that you believe in our work, the strength of our partnerships, and the expertise of our staff. That you trust us to do what we promise.

In 2018, CICOA was recognized as achieving the highest standards in case management for long-term services, earning the prestigious three-year accreditation from the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA). Our Aging & Disability Resource Center also has earned five-year accreditation by the Alliance of Information & Referral Systems (AIRS).

In addition, CICOA has received GuideStar’s Platinum Seal of Transparency, the highest level possible, by sharing extensive information about our missions, programs, leadership, etc.; indepth financial information; qualitative information about goals, strategies, and vision, and the progress we are making toward our mission.

We also invite you to view CICOA’s annual reports and tax returns below—valuable because they show the health of the organization and build on the confidence you already have in us.

If the social needs we address are important to you, we’re pleased. If you’ve chosen to give to CICOA because you want to make a difference for older adults, people with disabilities and caregivers in Central Indiana, we’re grateful. If your values match our mission, we’re thrilled. But more than anything, we’re honored by your confidence, and we plan to continue earning it.
