Legal Clinic Appointment
Reserve an appointment at our monthly Legal Clinic.
CICOA's Legal Clinic offers 30-minute appointments upon request. Appointments are scheduled monthly; the coordinator will contact you with your appointment time by the first of the month. Legal Clinic appointments are in-person at the CICOA offices, but can be done virtually via Zoom if requested.
Clients must be 60 or older to receive legal services for the items listed below. Clinics are currently being conducted via Zoom online meetings; the client must have access to a device with Internet access. (No clinics held in December and January.)
The Legal Clinic will NOT retain copies of any documents completed during the appointment. Clients need to bring driver’s license or state identification. If someone other than the client has Power of Attorney, the appointed person must be present.

Guardianship is not appropriate for this service.
After paying the $5.00 non-refundable fee to reserve an appointment, CICOA will contact the client for scheduling by the 1st of the month for the next Legal Clinic date. No-show clients will be removed from the list.
