Person-Centered Thinking Training

Certified training for Indiana care managers and options counselors.

CICOA's Person-Centered Thinking (PCT) training provides core skills in PCT, as required by the state of Indiana for all certified care managers and/or options counselors supporting older adults and persons with disabilities. You must attend all sessions to complete the training. CICOA's PCT workshops are taught by certified trainers.

We offer flexible options to accommodate your schedule. This training is typically presented in-person, but a virtual option is available.

In-person Training Agenda:

Registration and networking (8:30-9:00 am)
Presentation of modules by certified PCT Trainers
Intermittent breaks
Lunch is on your own
Concludes at 5:00 pm

Six half-day sessions

$150 per person

Spaces may fill up fast, and we will reach out to confirm availability. If space is available for your preferred date, payment must be made to confirm your reservation.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations received in writing no less than 5 days before the course will be refunded. No refunds will be made on cancellations received after that date. Please send cancellation requests to tdonelson@cicoa.org. CICOA reserves the right to cancel or postpone this program as necessary. In the event of cancellation, course fees will be fully refunded.
