The leadership team at CICOA Aging & In-Home Solutions is dedicated to advancing our mission and vision in Central Indiana. The volunteer leaders on our Board of Directors, Foundation Board of Trustees, Advisory Council and other committees are advocates for our mission, contributing their time, professional and personal talents, and resources on behalf of our clients.
Meet the Team
Lisa Schneekloth
Lisa Schneekloth
Lisa Schneekloth is CICOA’s first woman CEO in its 50-year history and previously served as CICOA’s first chief compliance officer, establishing a strong foundation for compliance, risk management, quality assurance and accreditation. With nearly 17 years of service with the organization, her demonstrated leadership and mission-driven approach are set to propel CICOA forward at a critical time for aging and disability services.
Her connection to CICOA's mission is deeply personal. A native of Indianapolis, she grew up in a single-parent home in the Fountain Square neighborhood, experiencing firsthand the challenges faced by many of CICOA’s clients, as her family relied on subsidies for rent and meals. She has walked the journey of a family caregiver as she supported her mother, a CICOA client, who was able to remain in her home well into her 90s.
Lisa joined CICOA in 2008 as a care manager, and she has since held a variety of increasingly responsible roles, including options counselor, supervisor and assistant director for Flourish Care Management, and director of the Meals & More service. In the latter role, she implemented automated processes that significantly improved client service efficiency and boosted staff satisfaction.
Lisa holds a bachelor’s degree in social work from IUPUI and a master’s degree in public administration nonprofit leadership from Indiana Wesleyan University. She is certified in healthcare compliance and healthcare privacy compliance. Her resume also includes work with Big Brothers Big Sisters, early childhood education and the juvenile probation system.
“Working with CICOA, I’ve felt empowered to help people meet their basic needs. I have mentored staff, and now at the C-Suite level, have the opportunity to assure we function at the highest level of excellence and quality while exploring innovative ways to meet the evolving needs of our community,” she said.
Lisa has three adult children, who are all involved in servant leadership. Away from work, she finds time for golf, bowling, reading, exercise and beach vacations with her husband, Scott.

Felicia Brown
Felicia Brown
Felicia Brown is an accomplished Chief Financial Officer who brings more than 25 years of extensive experience in corporate finance and nonprofit accounting to CICOA. Her background is rooted in strategic planning, financial analysis, and risk management, skills she uses to ensure the organization's financial stability and growth.
As Chief Financial Officer, Felicia oversees CICOA's financial health and fiscal oversight. She is dedicated to navigating complex funding and regulatory environments while ensuring every dollar is effectively utilized to advance CICOA's mission-driven initiatives through operational efficiency.
"Finance is not just about managing numbers; it's about enabling the organization to fulfill its mission effectively," she states. "I see my role as a catalyst for growth and a guardian of resources, ensuring that every dollar is utilized effectively in pursuit of our mission."
Prior to joining CICOA, Felicia served as CFO at Child Advocates. In previous roles, she demonstrated her expertise in strengthening organizational resilience. During one challenging financial period, she conducted a comprehensive expense analysis, implementing strategic budget cuts and operational enhancements that substantially decreased overhead costs without compromising service quality. Concurrently, she successfully led an initiative to diversify revenue streams through extensive market research and collaboration, stabilizing the financial position and establishing a foundation for sustainable growth and competitive advantage.
Felicia holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from Indiana University.
She and her husband, Tony, have two adult sons. Lazar serves with the United States Marine Corps, and Savion attends Ball State University. Felicia enjoys spending quality time with her family, vacationing and riding her motorcycle alongside her husband.
Elizabeth McFarlane

Elizabeth McFarlane is a dynamic nonprofit executive with more than 20 years of experience advancing mission-driven organizations through strategic fundraising, corporate partnerships and donor engagement. As Vice President of Development, she leads efforts to expand philanthropic support, strengthen community partnerships, and align development and marketing functions to deepen mission impact.
Elizabeth brings a relationship-centered leadership approach, grounded in the belief that effective philanthropy is built on trust, connection and shared purpose. Throughout her career, she has engaged donors and partners in meaningful ways, creating opportunities for individuals and organizations to connect with the mission in lasting ways.

Her relationship-first philosophy has shaped a career dedicated to inspiring generosity and cultivating partnerships. Elizabeth’s leadership experience includes serving as President & CEO of the Eastway Behavioral Healthcare Foundation and YWCA, Executive Director of Handi-Capable Hands, and most recently, Director of Corporate Partnerships at Easterseals Crossroads. In these roles, she has overseen multi-million-dollar budgets, secured significant grant funding, and developed collaborative relationships with Fortune 500 companies. She has also led innovative campaigns and events, including launching and sustaining signature initiatives such as Ability Awareness Day at the Indiana State Fair.
Elizabeth is recognized for her collaborative leadership style and her ability to bring energy and clarity to complex goals while fostering strong internal and external partnerships.
Outside of her professional work, Elizabeth enjoys life with her husband Michael and their larger-than-life Great Dane, Duncan, who keeps things entertaining, active and occasionally a bit chaotic in the best way.
Erica Seabaugh
Erica Seabaugh
As Chief Operating Officer, Erica Seabaugh drives the strategic vision of the organization with a focus on efficiently delivering impactful services and programs to community members.
In previous roles, Erica has been an instrumental leader at CICOA, driving the strategic vision of CICOA's In-Home Services division, which includes Flourish Care Management (where she previously held positions as care manager, assistant director and director), Flourish Disabilities Care Management, and Home Safety & Accessibility. Erica played an essential role leading service coordination to meet client needs through the transition to Indiana PathWays for Aging.
Erica is one of the founders of Postbook, an intergenerational postcard exchange and keepsake journal designed to kindle connection between children and older adults and reduce social isolation and loneliness through the lost art of letter writing. The product was developed through CICOA’s Venture Studio, now branded as Wrinkle Innovation, and received a 2023 Innovation and Achievement Award from USAging.
She earned her undergraduate degree at Ball State University and her master’s at IUPUI. After beginning her career in youth services, she gradually realized a greater rapport in working with older adults.
“It wasn’t the career path I thought I’d take, but I remembered the times that I got to spend with my grandparents in Pittsburgh. That quality time was important, and it helped me see how much I connected with older adults. That led me to care management,” she said.
In addition to the contributions that CICOA makes to the quality of life for Central Indiana’s senior community, Erica appreciates the organizational culture that fosters personal and professional growth.
“There’s such a strong passion among the people here and so many ways to have an impact on the organization and the community. It’s helped me grow as leader. I’ve come a long way from being afraid to stand up and speak in front of a group.”
Erica and her husband, Dan, are the parents of two elementary-school aged children and a dog, Cosmo. The family enjoys traveling to see family across the United States, and their favorite mode of winter recreation is skiing and snowboarding in the northern region of Michigan’s lower peninsula.
